The SST 725 has everything that is essential for high-volume screening tasks on an industrial scale. In this context, it proves to be extremely flexible even during continuous operation and can be easily adapted to a wide variety of separation tasks.
SPECIALS
The stationary SST 725 screening machine, which is more than 9 m long, houses a screening drum that is 2.5 m wide and approx. 7 m long. That results in a screening area of 43.5 m2, which can be fully utilized thanks to the patented material infeed that is controlled in line with the machine loading.
To cater to the different areas of use, Doppstadt offers a variety of different mesh sizes to choose from for the screening drum. The machine may also be combined, e.g., with air separators or shredders from Doppstadt. This enables it to deliver consistently good results when screening compost, soils, light-weight building rubble, household waste, commercial waste, plastic, glass, paper, wood, biomass, sand, gravel, scrap or slag.
The screw is positioned internally, permitting a horizontal installation of the machine. The drive system or power transmission is realized using two drive units, which ensure a safe and quiet operation at all times in conjunction with the corresponding drum surface running on Vulkolan rollers.
