The company has made available to its technicians, workers and engineers the necessary tools to optimize production, to reduce downtime, to intervene promptly in order to achieve customer expectations.

Main goal: efficient and safe means

• The 7000 square meters indoor workshop is divided in specific areas dedicated to mechanical and electrical repairs, storage of vehicles, assembly, disassembly, washing and painting.

• On site support is ensured by various teams of technicians and 14 Service Vans, equipped for timely assistance available across the entire national territory. The assistance is mechanical or electrical on any machine or equipment.

• We have a telephone assistance always on to easily manage incoming requests and direct them to the most appropriate technical sector. This allows us to speed up any type of intervention.

  • External service. To ensure maximum timeliness, Cesaro Mac Import has a network of authorized support workshops located throughout Italy.

In the Cesaro Mac Import factories there is a training center where update courses are organized for engeneers and service technicians: excellent preparation always requires constant updating.
