State-of-the-art screening technology in a compact, ruggedly constructed machine that ensures convenient mobility, can be easily transported to any job site on a flat-bed trailer and is ready for use right away – that sums up the 518 FLEX.
It offers maximum flexibility, since it can be used with a large selection of proven screen drums of the SM 518 series. The drum bearing and drum drive that are used in the SM 518 are also used in this machine. It is especially suited for smaller companies and recycling centers, where work is dictated by processing many different types of materials within tight schedules, while reliably separating compost, green waste, waste wood, sand, gravel and much more with a feed hopper capacity of 4 m3. The discharge belt for oversized particles can be mounted either on the right or left side of the machine, thus ensuring that the 518 FLEX can be optimally adapted to the respective on-site conditions.
Like all machines of the Doppstadt SM series, the 518 FLEX is exceptionally well-suited for screening waste and raw materials – and impresses with great performance at an attractive price.
As a forward-looking provider of solutions, Doppstadt began early on to prepare for converting its mobile product lines to the modern e5 engine technology. The 518 FLEX even fulfills the new EU Stage V emission standards for non-road machinery as part of the effort to reduce harmful emissions from diesel engines.
