This innovative solution is designed to ensure smooth peening in a single pass on a variety of materials. Its high efficiency and versatility enable it to exceed expectations, providing our customers with reliable, state-of-the-art equipment.

Fundamental difference from all other grids applied to shredders is its “mobility”.

In fact, the grid is not attached to the supporting structure of the shredder but is placed on the comb, which then ensures that it can be opened and closed during shredding operations.

FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCE FROM ALL OTHER GRIDS APPLIED TO SHREDDERS IS ITS "MOBILITY"

1. The integrity of the machine during shredding is protected, In fact, the weight of the material is not discharged on the machine structure with danger of breakthrough but maintains the possibility of movement and opening in case of accidentally inserted intruding material. This allows the machine to work continuously without damage and without continuous rotor reversals that reduce productivity. The grid is reinforced and welded with a thickness of more than 2 cm.
2. The new grid can be easily assembled and disassembled and work with different types of rotor. In addition, the set-up of machines already in operation is extremely simple and requires little intervention.
3. Can be applied to all Doppstadt shredders from those in the Inventhor 9, 6 and 6.2 range to earlier ones in the DW range continuing in the Doppstadt tradition that has always ensured the application of technical updates from later series to earlier series.
4. The grid is made entirely of wear-resistant HARDOX steel cthat ensures its durability and strength with all kinds of materials and in long work cycles.
5. We have created a grid capable of effectively working with numerous titpologies of material without ever reducing productivity and with extremely fine and regular chunking of the output material. The screen is effective with extremely difficult materials such as: spring mattresses, nets, pvc sheets as long as more than 10 m, bulky material, even large tires, pipes and wood. With these materials it will be possible to achieve a very high productivity typical of Doppstadt shredders with, in addition, a regular chunk size.
